Peter is a Managing Director of Lighthouse and is responsible for overseeing the investment process and management of the business. Peter has more than 20 years’ experience in infrastructure and funds management.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Peter had senior roles at Hastings Funds Management, Macquarie and IFM Investors.
Irene is responsible for financial management of the Lighthouse business. Irene has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Irene worked at Foxtel, Fujitsu and Roche Bros.

Mitch is a Managing Director of Lighthouse and is responsible for overseeing the investment process and management of the business. Mitch has more the 30 years’ experience in infrastructure investment and finance, including over eight years in the role of Chief Operating Officer for the previously ASX-listed, Australian Infrastructure Fund.
Prior to founding Lighthouse, Mitch had senior roles at Hastings Funds Management, Commonwealth Bank and Ernst & Young.
Alexandra is an Investment Director of Lighthouse and focuses on portfolio management, investment strategy and product development. Alexandra also has responsibility for client engagement and external communications. Alexandra has close to 20 years’ experience in asset consulting. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Alexandra held a senior role at Willis Towers Watson and an analyst role at Frontier Advisors. Alexandra currently serves as an Independent Investment Committee member for the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation.

Kim is Compliance Manager at Lighthouse and is responsible for the corporate governance framework including compliance and risk management at a both a corporate and fund level. Kim has over 25 years’ experience in accounting, governance and risk management within the funds management industry.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Kim worked at Hastings Funds Management and EY.
Senior Fund Accountant
Jeremy is responsible for the accounting, reporting and investment operations of Lighthouse’s funds. Jeremy has over 7 years’ accounting experience with a recent focus in infrastructure funds management and accounting.
Prior to joining, Jeremy worked in London at 3i and Ingenious Investments.
Dip.E, BE (Hons), MEc, PhD, PD (Econ), MBA
Allan is a Senior Adviser to Lighthouse and is responsible for the strategy and research activities of Lighthouse. Dr Wain has 24 years’ experience in infrastructure, funds management, and economics, is a LWP Fellow, Harvard law School, Harvard University, and has authored and co-authored several papers on economics, infrastructure, fiduciary duty, and Islamic finance. Dr Wain has studied at the University of Melbourne, Stanford University, Harvard University, and Imperial College and is a Member of the American Economic Association, of the American Society of International Law, of the Royal Economic Society, and of the Academy of International Business.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Dr Wain has worked at CP2, Hastings Funds Management, KPMG and BHP.
Dr Larry Beeferman received a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and a doctorate in applied physics from Harvard University.
He joined the Labor and Worklife Program at Harvard Law School in 2004 to help establish the Pensions and Capital Stewardship Project, which he now heads. He launched and headed the Asset Development Institute at Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management, where he formulated an asset-based policy framework for social welfare policy and developed an “asset index” which incorporates measures of outcomes in asset-based terms.
At Brandeis, Dr. Beeferman also conducted research and promoted dialogue among diverse constituencies on specific asset-based policies. He has also has written several books and papers on infrastructure, fiduciary duty, Islamic finance, law, policy, and other issues. Dr Beeferman’s research and writing have been featured and published by prominent publishers.
Dr Ashby Monk is the Executive and Research Director of the Stanford Global Projects Center at Stanford University, a Senior Research Associate at the University of Oxford, and a Senior Advisor to the Chief Investment Officer of the University of California.
Dr Monk’s extensive research and writing on institutional investment, asset management, and financial innovation, has featured in many prominent publications. Dr Monk has created several companies and platforms to activate innovative investments and research, including the Aligned Intermediary, Long Game Savings Inc, and the Institutional Investors Roundtable.
He received his Doctorate in Economic Geography at Oxford University and holds a Master’s in International Economics from the Universite de Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Princeton University.

Jevon is responsible for managing investments made on behalf of the Lighthouse Solar Fund. Jevon has 10 years’ experience in infrastructure funds management and management consulting.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Jevon worked at Oxford Capital and LEK consulting.
